He was predeceased by: his daughter Christy Crump; his mother Lydia Wilder; and his parents-in-law, Cecil and Overby Tyson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tyson Johnson of Jesup; his children, Lois Reece (Trisha) of Columbia, Tenn and Mark Johnson, Sr. (Heidi) of Jesup; and his siblings, Ellie Johnson of Jesup, Louise Jones of Jesup, Sandra Eury of Jesup, Wesley, Johnny Wilder, Allen and Joe Johnson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
