It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Ann Lightsey Herrin of Jesup, Georgia, born in Appling, Georgia, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lawton Willis Herrin; her parents, Kenneth Lightsey and Gladys Lightsey; and her sisters, Eleanor "Pud" Turner (William "Bill") of Baxley and Peggy McIntyre (Marvin) of Baxley.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenny, Randy Herrin of Jesup and Scotty Herrin (LaShae) of Pooler; her grandchildren, Brendan Herrin (Danielle) of Jesup, Sarah Herrin of Jesup, Blake Herrin of Jesup, Breanne Dawson (Caleb) of Tifton and Lawton Herrin of Pooler; her great grandchildren, Abram Tate Herrin, Nolan Jude Herrin, Elijah Ray Dawson and RaeAnne Leigh Dawson; her sister Shirley Deen of Baxley; her sister-in-law Jackie Hutchinson of Brunswick; and her brother Rev. Robert Herrin (Lisa) of Cleveland, TN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
