He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Quackenbush and Bonneida Neville; and his brothers, Carl and Robert Quackenbush. He is survived by: his children, Greg Moore, Bonnie Wilcox, Carl Tessanne and Jacob Quackenbush. He is also survived by his several grandchildren, and his nieces.
