She was predeceased by: her parents, Hyma Poppell and Thelma Page Poppell; and her brothers, Wayne Poppell and Rick Poppell. She is survived by: her siblings, Irene Kirkland of Jesup, Barbara Bennett (Richard) of Jesup, Betty Cason (Don Bitter) of Hilton Head, SC., Carol Brown (James) of Jesup, Judy Rozier (William) of Jesup, Sandra Dickens (Steve) of Jesup, Dennis Poppell (Martha) of Odum, Jerry Poppell (Shirley) of Odum and Genell Poppell (Tanya) of Odum; and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Poppell of Jesup and Joni Poppell of Guyton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
