It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Rentz of Jesup, Georgia, who passed away on May 24, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy George leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though George may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Rentz and Wenomae Rentz. He is survived by: his wife Janis Riggins Rentz of Jesup; his daughters, Melissa, Lenny, Erin and Nikki; and his siblings, Gail and Larry Rentz of Jesup. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
