It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Coley of Jesup, Georgia, born in Hortense, Georgia, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Flowers Coley; his parents, Floyd Coley and Mary Harrison Coley; his stepsons, Hershel Carter and Randy Carter; and his sisters, Fran McClanahan and Patricia Stewart.
He is survived by: his daughter Torie Coley; his daughter-in-law Freddie Coley (Candice); his stepson Michael Carter; his niece Bobbie Isaacs of Conway, SC; his close friend Sarah Wiggins; and his pet Pudding. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
