He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferman Preston Fowler and Evelyn Thomas Fowler; his wife Linda Courson Fowler; and his siblings, Dale Fowler Guthrie and Kirby Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Fowler Lorant and Preston Fowler; and his sister Cindy Gray. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
