She was predeceased by: her daughter Faye Chappell; her grandson Joel R. Greene, Jr.; her brother Emory Ammons; and her children-in-law, Jeanne Wells Greene and Chappell.
She is survived by: her son Joel R. Greene of Jesup; her grandchildren, Ian Greene (Elaine), Sean Greene (Ashley) of Odum, Kerry Smith (Steve) of Americus and Kathy Peters (Chris) of Athens; her great grandchildren, Ellie, Will, Rob Greene, Greg, Ashley Smith and Thomas Peters; and her granddaughter-in-law Karla Greene.
