He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Mosley Poppell. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Middleton (Dill) of Colonel and Donna Wiltfang (Rich) of Brunswick; and his grandson Richie Wiltfang of Jacksonville Beach. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
