He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Turner and Edith Dubberly Turner; his wife Kathi Turner; his siblings, Dorothy Turner, Geraldine Floyd, Danny Turner and Ronnie Turner; and his grandson Dustin Gelinas.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Rodriquez of Florida, Lisa Wells (Benny Gelinas) of Jesup, Ricky of Jesup and Billy Wells of Jesup. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
