He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mayers Pate of Jesup; his children, Dean Pate of Florence, SC. and Lisa Beaumont of Etiwanda, CA.; his sister-in-law Ruby Thompson of Jesup; and his friend Keith Davis of Jesup.
