He was predeceased by: his parents, Estell Johnson and Ellen Johnson; his wife Diane Easterling Johnson; and his siblings, Jimmy, Ronnie Garrett and Jannell Dover.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny Johnson, Jr. of Jesup and Jamie Johnson (Brittany) of Houma; his sister Ann Lee (Edsel) of Sylvania; and his grandchildren, Bradden, Elaina and Emma Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
