He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Strickland and Lois Griffin Strickland; and his brother Steve Albert Strickland. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Grace Albritton (Marshall) of Waycross, Patricia Ammons (Wayne) of Waycross, William "Buddy" Strickland (Linda) of Waycross, Mary Norman of Waycross, Dock Strickland (Laura) of Waycross, Alan Strickland of Waycross and Edward Strickland (Becky) of Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
