He is survived by: his wife Shelby Nichols of Jesup; his daughters, Kaitlin Nichols of Huntsville and Hanna Nichols of Vidalia; his stepchildren, Landon Trouten of Jesup and Madison Lee of Jesup; his parents, Roy (Wanda Nichols) and Rita Speer of Alabama; his siblings, John Nichols and Courtney Nichols Dycus; his niece Breanna Hartley (Justin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Davien Cash and Averyn Nichols.
