He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Karen L. Welch of Jesup; his stepfather Brian Welch of Jesup; his brother Graham Welch of Jesup; and his grandparents, Annie Laura Carroll of Ormand Beach, FL, Sandy McFarren of New York, Richard and Ann Welch of Sandersville. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
