She is survived by: her sons, David Lacefield (Alyssa) of Screven and Christopher Scott Lacefield of Jacksonville; her brothers, Phil Johnson (Tina) of Tallahassee and Bill Johnson (Colleen) of Jacksonville; and her grandchildren, Spencer, Carson, Carley Lacefield and Lilly Nail. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
