He is survived by: his brothers, Vernon and Earl; his wife Pearline "Pug" Thornton of Jesup; his children, Kathy Blocker (Michael) of Jesup, Sherry Simmons (Gary) of Jesup and Charles Lynn, Jr. of Jesup; his sisters, Josephine Colvin (Russell) of Winter Haven, Fla. and Louise Outler (Billy) of Winter Haven, Fla.; his grandchildren, Michael Blocker, Jr. (Heather), Hunter Blocker, Stacy Hargrove (Joseph), Mandy Simmons, Teri Bailey and Lawrence "Bubba" Middleton; and his great grandchildren, Clayton, Bryson, Kinsley, Xander, Kai, Zachery, Chase and Rileigh.
