He is survived by: his wife Kitty Starling; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Stacy Thornton; his grandson Chase Thornton (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Anna and Jordan; and his siblings, Carolyn (Ronnie Leggett), Johnny Mae (Donald Woods), Sherry (Robert Lynn), Kenny Starling, Jimmy and Lolita Starling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
