She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Sloan; her sons, Charles Edward and Larry Delworth Sloan; her parents, William Ivey and Sarah Ivey; her siblings, Betty Joyce Dubberly and Kenneth Eugene Ivey; and her great grandchildren, Emily Faith Carroll and Fallyn Leann Bentley.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Glisson (James) of Brooklet, Judith Taveirne of Jesup, Joyce Woods (Ricky) of Jesup, Donald Sloan (Debra) of Blackshear, Jerry Sloan (Sandra) of Jesup, William Sloan (Billie Jean) of Odum, Tim Sloan (Laura) of Jesup and James Sloan (Amy) of Jesup; and her brothers, William Henry Ivey, Jr. of Brunswick and John Raymond Ivey of Jesup. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
