He is survived by: his son Drew Griffis (Jessica) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Jedidiah Griffis and Ivan Griffis; his parents, Roy Griffis, Sr. of Jesup and Winifred Manning Griffis of Jesup; and his brothers, David "Kevin" Griffis of Sparta and Bryce Griffis of Savannah. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
