He was predeceased by: his former wife Robbie Anderson Howard; his grandson Maddux Albert Howard; his parents, Thomas W. Howard and Celia Crews Howard; and his siblings, Voncil Howard Teel and Thomas Hardy Howard.
He is survived by: his grandmother Peterson Howard of Fitzgerald; his children, Kimberly (Jeff Westberry), Tina Maria (Roger Moseley) and Marshall Albert; his daughter-in-law Katrina Howard; his stepdaughter Suzy; his son-in-law Morris Leis; his stepson Chris Peterson; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Michael Westberry (Nicole), Joshua Howard Westberry, Joshlynn Kadence Westberry, Brandon Neal Moseley and Marina Alexis Howard; his great grandchild Kolton Westberry; and his stepgrandchildren, Carswell Leis, Laura Kate Leis, Sara Beth Peterson and Hannah Peterson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
