He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Harris and Julia Hodges Harris; his wife Joyce Harris; his brothers, J. T. (Janice Harris), Wesley (Sarah Harris) and William (Mary Harris); and his nephew Jimmy Harris.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lee Anne (Scott Jackson) and Emily (Edward McDade); his grandchildren, T. J. and Jordan Callan; his sister Nancy Hoard; and his nieces and nephews, Mike (Kathy Harris), Susan Harris, Julie (Jimmy Trusty), John Harris, Lisa Grady, Mark (Christy Harris) and Lynn (David Dyal).
When attending the visitation and Funeral Services for Joe, the family respectfully asks everyone to wear mask and observe social distancing.
