He is survived by: his mother Gloria Wheeler Spicer; his wife Rita Jean Spicer; his son David Spicer; his grandchildren, Shyan, Jalin, Alexis, Caden, Colson and Cambrie; his sisters, Arlene Drake and Justine Garrett; his daughter-in-law Sabrina Spicer; and also Ashley Mitchell of Monticello.
