She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Newby and Mozelle Little Newby Phillips; her brothers, William Bradley Newby and Wallace Newby, Sr.; her husband Bill Hamrick; her children, Michael Hamrick, Alan Hamrick (Tracie) and Caren Hurst (Jason); her grandchildren, Clay Hamrick (Stef), Ellie Hamrick, Hamrick Hurst, Carson Hurst and Victoria Hurst; and her siblings, Frank Newby, Kenny Newby (Cynthia), Patricia Kitchens and Sondra Keys. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
