He was predeceased by: his parents, Jodie Mote and Sandra Mote; and his siblings, David Mote, Carol Hudson and Teresa Mote.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Mote; his children, Steve Mote, Candy Sangster and Karen Thompson; his sister Terri Null (Troy); and his grandchildren, Zoie, Ava Sangster, Alli, Ashton and Autumn Mote.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Richland Baptist Church (9889 SR 96, Jeffersonville, GA 31044). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
