He is survived by: his wife Carrie White Andrews; his children, Donald Andrews, Jr. (Sherry), Todd Walker, Zora Crews (Brandon), Melissa Kelley (Larry) and Sylvia Andrews; and his sisters, Ann Taylor (Glenn), Elaine Smallwood (Charles) and Patricia Bohannon (William).
