David Lee Middleton Obituary

In loving memory of David Lee Middleton (Jeffersonville, Georgia), who departed this world on January 25, 2025 at the age of 74. David Lee leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Middleton and Virginia Reel Middleton; his former wife Gretta Sullivan Middleton; his sister Cheryl; and his brother-in-law Charles Rheynard.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Fowler Johnson Middleton; his sons, Benjamin Middleton (Sarah) and Robert Middleton (Meghan); his stepdaughters, Jeri Johnson Fountain (Terry), Janice LaDonna Johnson and Kenna Elaine Johnson Moceri; and his brother Gregg Middleton (Regina). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Old Richland Baptist Church (2204 Old Richland Church Rd, Jeffersonville, GA 31044). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carolina Memorial Gardens (Carolina Memorial Gardens, North Charleston, SC 29406).
