He is survived by: his fathers, Chad Smith and Alex Smith of Jefferson, GA.; his siblings, Adelyn, Bentley "Bubba", Kyree and Hayden; his grandparents, Kay "MeMaw" Abernathy of Jefferson, Kenny "PePaw" Abernathy of Jefferson, GA, Jeff, Lisa and Richards of Monroe, GA.; his great-grandparent Frank; and his grandfather Frady of Winder, GA..
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549).
