He was predeceased by: his son Baby Boy Williams; and his sister Crystal Williams. He is survived by: his parents, Janice Whited Reese (Dennis) and Charles K. Williams Jr. (Lisa); his brothers, Ricky Williams (Tommy), Kevin Woods (Mia), Daniel Boyd (Tami) and Keith Williams (India); and his nieces and nephews, Christian Williams, Kaylee Woods, Raley Woods, Kye Woods, Makayla Boyd, Makenzie Boyd, Morgan Boyd, Chandler Williams, Dawson Williams and Wyatt Williams.
