He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Shane Lusk. He is survived by: his wife April McCook Lusk of Jefferson; his children, Colton Lusk and Olivia Lusk of Jefferson; his parents, Warren Scott Lusk, Sr. and Yvonne Cobb Lusk of Commerce; and his nieces, Paiten Lusk of Jefferson and Emery Adcock of Bishop.
