He is survived by: his wife Vickie Mewborn-Waits of Jefferson, GA; his sons, Shannon Lee (Amber Waits) and Brandon Levi Waits of Tupelo, MS; his brothers, Perry Waits of Monroe, GA, Maxie (Helen Waits) and Phillip (Linda Waits); and his grandchildren, Anniston Clair Waits and Garrett Anderson Waits.
