He is survived by: his parents, Owen Ulmer and Jackie Ulmer of Athens, Georgia.; his wife Leigh Ann Ulmer of Jefferson; his children, Hank Adams of Birmingham, AL, Katherine Adams of Brunswick, GA, Britni Adams of St. Simons Island, GA, Tommy Ulmer Jr. of Bogart, Ken Ulmer of Bogart, Greg Moxley of Milledgeville, McKenzie Ulmer of Jefferson and Steele Ulmer of Jefferson; and his siblings, Chris Ulmer of El Paso, TX and Michelle Anthony of Athens. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
