It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Qualls of Jefferson, Georgia, born in Young Harris, Georgia, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Artimis Boone Daniel and Pearl Plott Daniel. She is survived by: her son Joe Sikes (Donna) of Jefferson.
