She is survived by: her husband Ronald Gilbert Dobbins, Sr. of Jefferson, GA.; her sons, Ronald Gilbert Dobbins, Jr. (Regina) of Jefferson, GA and James Randall Dobbins (Charity) of Dacula, GA.; her brother James W. Hughes, Jr. of Toccoa, GA.; her grandchildren, Ryan Alexander Dobbins, Timothy Andrew Dobbins, Brianna Temple, Emilie Owens, Christian Dobbins and Madison Dobbins; and her great grandchild Gracelynn Owens.
