She is survived by: her daughter Amy Jo Purdy (Douglas) of Jefferson, GA.; and her grandchildren, Kayley Edwards of Commerce, GA, Emily Edwards of Jefferson, GA, Jacen Purdy of Jefferson, GA. and Jaina Purdy of Jefferson, GA..
