He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Gilbert Dobbins, Jr. and Lillie Mae Miller Dobbins; and his wife Shelva Jean Hughes Dobbins. He is survived by: his sons, Ronald Gilbert Dobbins, Jr. (Regina) of Jefferson and James Randall Dobbins (Charity) of Dacula; his grandchildren, Ryan Alexander Dobbins, Timothy Andrew Dobbins, Brianna Temple, Emilie Owens, Christian Dobbins and Madison Dobbins; his great grandchild Gracelynn Owens; and his brother Gregory C. Dobbins of Kennesaw.
