He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Richards and Martha Elizabeth Little. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Minish Richards of Jefferson; his children, Rachel Garrelts (Matthew) of Peachtree City and Jared Richards of Jefferson; his grandson Greyson Richards of Jefferson; and his sisters, Sherry Woodhouse of Florida and Janet Crow of Kentucky.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Jefferson Church (21 Cobb St, Jefferson, GA 30549). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
