He was predeceased by: his former wife Janice R. Baker; and his parents, Raymond J. Baker, Sr. and Lillie Sanders Mays. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Guthrie Baker; his children, Kimberly Dunn, Ashley Baker, Heather Baker Norris (Brian) and Raymond J. Baker, III (Sarah); and his sisters, Carol Eustace (Bill) and Joan Mazzell Spradley. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
