He was predeceased by: his parents, Landel Williams and Colleen Brock Williams; and his daughter Tabetha Boles. He is survived by: his fiancée Lois Hernandez; his children, Dawn Segura of Catahoula, LA, Celeste Williams of Honolulu, April Dilks of Chelsea, OK, Julianna Williams of Hulmville, PA, Melissa Williams of Hulmville, PA and Randell Leon Williams (Barbara) of Fort Meyers, FL; and his sister Cathy Talbert (Bill) of Bethlehem, GA.
