He is survived by: his parents, Rafael and Victoria Santos-Ortiz Sr. of Hoschton; his wife Glenda Santos-Cortreras of Jefferson; his children, Josh Santos (Summer) of Danielsville, Jonathan R. Diaz of Jefferson, Rebecca Santos-Diaz of Athens and Adrienne N. Diaz of Jefferson; and his grandchildren, Victoria Hampton, Hailey Hampton, Emmalee Hampton, A'mari Diaz, Tristian Hampton and Alexander Swiney.
