He was predeceased by: his parent Harold Griffith; his sister Phyllis Rebecca Griffith; his grandmother Burel Peppers Bird; and his stepmother Azalee Smallwood Griffith. He is survived by: his parent Rose Mary Dalton Griffith; his wife Lynne Serpa Griffith of Jefferson; his children, Rebecca Tredway (Edgar) of Jefferson, Kenneth Randall Griffith of Commerce, Terri Lynne Griffith (Michael Patton) and Julie Anna Griffith (John Carter) of Cornelia; and his siblings, Dillis Whitmire of Maysville and Tommy Gerald Griffith of Homer.
