She is survived by: her daughters, Jana Hamrick (Mark), Bambi Douglas and Penny Flynn; and her siblings, Curt Cook, Wilma Cook and Rose Vance. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
