She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Melvin Scheitlin Sr. and Dora Lee Edwards Scheitlin; her husband John Stephen Moak; and her brother Roy Melvin Scheitlin Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Linda Chinn (Kevin) of Jefferson and David Moak of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Davis Moak of Jefferson, Sarabeth Moak of Jefferson and Charlie Moak of Jefferson; her sister-in-law Dorothy Scheitlin of Radcliff, KY; and her nieces, Amy Scheitlin, Becky Harrell and Janet Ballard.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Talmo Baptist Church (475 Main St, Talmo, GA 30575). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at the Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery (475 Main St, Talmo, GA 30575).
