It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Owensby of Jefferson, Georgia, born in Commerce, Georgia, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edwin and Dorothy Lee Sullivan Vickery. She is survived by: her husband Dwayne Owensby of Jefferson; her son Brian Owensby of Atlanta; and her siblings, Elaine Gary of Commerce and Chuck Vickery of Carnesville.
