He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Nixon Lee of Jefferson and David Lee of Jefferson; his siblings, Cassidy Lee of Jefferson and Brandon Lee of Jefferson; his grandmothers, Van Nixon and Betty Lee of Maysville; his uncle Rick Nixon (Jackie); his aunt Cathy Parham (Dean); and his cousins, Amy Nixon, Leslie Hall and Dylan Parham.
