He is survived by: his wife Jean Horton Oliver of Jefferson, GA; his children, Cindy, Mark Halloran of Eatonton, GA, John and Hope Oliver; his grandchildren, Holly Parker of Chesapeake, VA, Anita (Ben Denard), Hannah (Dustin Sloan) and John Oliver, III; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Parker of Chesapeake, VA and Ridge Sloan of Auburn, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
