He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Scheitlin Moak of Jefferson; his children, David Moak of Jefferson and Linda Chinn (Kevin) of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Rebecca Davis Moak of Jefferson, Sarabeth Frances Moak of Jefferson and Charlie Becket Moak of Jefferson; his brother Dr. Daniel Stewart Moak of Tulsa; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Scheitlin.
