He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Haney Fulcher and Flossy Olene Winfrey Richardson; his wife Tara Fulcher; his daughter Rhonda Gianelloni; and his siblings, Wayne Richardson and Shirley Richardson Rhodes.
He is survived by: his children, Angie King of Lawrenceville, Greg Fulcher of Prairieville and Louisianna; his siblings, Gloria Carter of Forest Park, Bob Fulcher of Canton and Randy Richardson of Canton; and his grandson William King of Lawrenceville, GA..
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). The military honors will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oconee Hills Cemetery (297 Cemetery St, Athens, GA 30605). A burial will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at the same location.
