James E. Everett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2025, at the age of 88, James E. Everett of Jefferson, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James E. Everett to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Everett and Blanche Garner Everett; his brothers, Ralph of Tommy, S. E. and Everett; his parents-in-law, Charlie and Nora White; his son-in-law Carl Beriault; and his brothers-in-law, Jim and Milburn White.
He is survived by: his wife Ruthie White Everett; his children, Tim Everett and Jama Everett Beriault; his grandchildren, Jason Beriault (Jessica), Zane Everett (Anita), Chad Beriault (Angel) and Zanna Everett (Donnie Lathery); and his sisters, Dorothy Hayes (Jim), Wilma Caughron, Barbara Taylor (Gary) and Shirley Jones (David). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Smith Trinity Chapel (1402 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville, TN 37803). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Piney Level Baptist Church (3527 Piney Level Church Rd, Maryville, TN 37803).
