He was predeceased by: his father Jack Edward Cook Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Nina Gail Holland Hale of Jefferson, GA; his children, Caroline Cook of Jefferson, GA., Brendan Cook of Jefferson, GA, Devin Cook (Katalin) of Martin, GA and Kellan Cook of Jefferson, GA.; his granddaughter Hazel Grace Cook of Martin, GA.; and his sister Jackie Locklar (Tim) of Lawrenceville, GA..
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Foundation Church (5154 Pond Fork Church Rd, Pendergrass, GA 30567). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
The family will receive friends from 3 P.M. until 4 P.M. prior to the service at Foundation Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Foundation Church 5154 Pond Fork Church Road Pendergrass, Georgia 30567.
